Yes! We charge Sales Tax on all products to contribute for Nation Building as well as it is mandatory to charge Sales Tax as per Indian Government norms.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns
- Goods receipt is required to be signed upon delivery. INDcool takes no responsibility for goods receipt signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated in the invoice.
- Since the monetary transactions are duly authorized by the card holder, INDcool does not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
- INDcool is not responsible for any damage to products after delivery
- All claims, if any, for damage must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery through INDcool Customer care. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed Goods Receipt and returned to the delivery person or provide unboxing video.
- In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.
- For order containing multiple Products, delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, if INDcool is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason through Courier Company, you will be notified by an e-mail, the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered. Please note that your order will be cancelled due to: (i) unavailability of the Product ordered; or (ii) at your instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. You agree that the INDcool shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss either direct or indirect owing to such cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
Upon dispatch of the Product, you will receive a notification with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. Orders may also be tracked, by clicking the ‘Your orders’ option on you My Accounts page. The order status can be tracked after 24 hours from the time of dispatch.
INDcool provides free delivery on most of the items, however if the cart value is less than Rs. 750, additional shipping charges of Rs. 70 shall be added.
INDcool delivers at most locations within India. The website automatically indicates availability of the delivery of product on the desired pincode entered.
Order deliveries will be made by third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services.
In case you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner will make 2 delivery attempts and will also try to reach you via a phone call or SMS, failing which the product will be sent back.
If a product is undelivered and returned to its origin, you are entitled to receive a full refund.
